**Minimum qualifications**

- Experience in Google products.
- Experience in an analytical, problem-solving, strategic project management role.
- Experience with growth marketing and community building.
- Understanding of online and offline influencers.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve campaign strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communications skills.

As part of the accounts management team, you will work in a client facing role to communicate the progress of the campaign, set proper client expectations, resolve issues, understand the client's needs, and communicate all of this back to the Crowdcreate team to make sure things run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Liaison with Crowdcreate team members to ensure deliverables are being met
- Work collaboratively with a global team.
- Drive strategic planning to define strategies and tactics around community and growth marketing.
- Present strategies and receive feedback on client weekly calls.
- Maintain campaign deliverables and forward movement.

**Overview**
- You will be responsible for managing relations and providing marketing strategies for clients.

**Duties**
- Face to face meetings with client once a week.
- Conduct client onboarding and kickoff calls.
- Coordinate client updates with the engagement marketing core team.
- Manage client communications through client preferred channels.
- Collect NPS scores and ask for feedback to improve our services.
- Develop new initiatives based on feedback from client.

**Weekly Metrics**
- NPS score from the client. They must verbally say we're doing a good job every week. "On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate Crowdcreate's performance?"
- Client retention rate - How many % of your clients stay? We need to keep our clients every month
- Monthly Spend - The more the client spends with us, the more they like their service. They should be increasing their spend. Get them to spend more.

**Responsibilities**
- Acknowledge/Respond within 15 minutes to all messages in the team slack group chat during business hours.
- Acknowledge/Respond within 24 hours to all messages in the team slack group chat during non-business hours.
- Conduct face to face meetings with clients
- Complete daily standups and a weekly all-hands meeting.
