Manage client's operational end to end
Managing existing clients under his/her portfolio, responsible for company's revenue target achievement and maintaining clients
Manage all clients documentations and needs
Single touch point for all clients needs and provide win-win solutions
Analyze client's performance and deliver monthly reports
Increase client's usage
Aligning all the stakeholders to solve client's issues and needs
Maintain and retain clients (regular visit, birthday gift etc)
Gather insights from clients and give feedback to the stakeholders
