Account Manager

Job Description
Own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles with Brands to either retain business in competitive sourcing, or expand business by up-selling and cross-selling.
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and designing marketing plans based on TG & BRAND OBJECTIVES.
Setting up meetings with potential clients to present marketing proposals and address their concerns.
Partners cross-functionally to develop long range account plans; and act as the voice of customers to the client's stakeholders.
Stay abreast of key industry initiatives and new capabilities.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
Representing the client at industry events and meetings.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree from any major.
3 to 6 years of combined experience in major account or strategy sales, managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions.
Experience in same industry and/or digital agencies will be ideal
Comfortable working with business and technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supporting partnerships
Demonstrated track record of managing forecasts and financial models
Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to build programs and scale enterprise customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
