**To succeed in the advertised role, you have**:
**Preference for 2 years** of proven and demonstrable **account management experience in iGaming**
Experience of managing high-value accounts and clients
Ability to communicate and present on all levels within and outside the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer's real needs
Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details
CRM management or promotion management experience highly desirable
Proactive and a go-getter mindset focused on results
Comfortable with intermediate data processing, presentation, and analysis
Agility and adaptability to the fast-paced market changes
Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic, and structured with a high degree of discipline
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
**Main responsibilities**:
Take full ownership of customer relationships, and act as the main interface between the customer accounts and the company
Take full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals, and objectives
Develop and implement customer account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives, maximizing long/short term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction
Develop a trusted advisor relationship and facilitate the optimisation of customer accounts operations around the company's gaming solutions and promotional offerings
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Be responsible for monthly revenue tracking and reporting, giving clear information on the customer's performance, achievements, activities, and any other information when relevant
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships on all levels
Participate and as appropriate, take an active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars in the industry
At all times be a good Ambassador and have a clear understanding of and the importance of the company's core values
