**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for any issues pertaining to customer account management.
- Create and preserve enduring, solid client connections
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to increase revenue.
- Establish relationships of trust as a trusted advisor with executive sponsors, customer stakeholders, and key accounts.
- Assure the prompt and effective delivery of our solutions in accordance with the goals and needs of our clients.
- Clearly inform internal and external stakeholders on the status of monthly or quarterly efforts.
- Create new business with current clients and/or pinpoint opportunities for development in order to hit sales targets.
- Predict and monitor important account indicators (such as annual projections and quarterly revenue figures).
- Create account status reports.
- Work together with the sales team to find and seize possibilities in the territory.
- Help with any necessary issue escalations or tough client requirements.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Account Management: 2 years (required)
- Sales / Marketing: 1 year (required)
