Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Account Manager for our company Zero One Group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the company, designed to attract prospective customers and convert them into leads and customers. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage sales and marketing
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage and oversee initiatives
- Measure the success of initiatives
- Stay up to date with latest sales and marketing practices and technologies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Communicate with industry professionals to create a strong network
- Hire and train others in the team
- Provide constructive feedback

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 3-5 years working in account management or client-facing roles within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
