Account Manager

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Resolve any issues or concerns to maintain a positive client experience

Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better serve clients.
Bachelors Degree from any Major

Maximum age 28 years old

Have 3 years experience in sales/marketing area, preferred in selling Information Technology (IT) products is an advantage

Able work as a team, dynamic & mature person who has self driven & independent

Be an active and aggressive personal to sales target achievement

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.

Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction.
