**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and anticipate their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
2. Account Management:
- Oversee all aspects of client accounts, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports to ensure clients are meeting their financial goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on their financial performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client expectations are met.
3. Client Support and Issue Resolution:
- Address client inquiries and issues promptly, effectively, and in a professional manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and develop strategies to proactively prevent them in the future.
- Communicate updates, progress, and resolutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
4. Financial Analysis and Compliance:
- Utilize your accounting expertise to analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
