Account Manager - IT Solutions (Software & CRM)

**What you'll do**:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with internal teams (technical, design) to develop customized solutions for client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying business opportunities and aligning client requirements with our offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and analyze account data, generate reports, and prepare sales forecasts.
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with software or CRM solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A background in presales, functional, technical consulting, or software solutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
