In Indonesia, with passion and practice you'll work together with your team to look for new ways to exceed our customers' expectations and deliver value beyond their dreams - and, as they grow, so will we. You will be reporting to the Key Account Manager of Indonesia.- Your role will include:- Grow Givaudan business for the Dairy segment with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
- Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
- Cultivate customer relationships with important decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
- Implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for main accounts, with clear Goals
- Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
- Defend base business in important markets and with important customers
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates- You?- Are you looking for an opportunity to shape your world? It's your essence we're looking for.- Your professional profile includes:
At least five years working in account management in the food industry including experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting.
- Understanding of customers and competition including customer strategy, programs, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings in the market
- Understands profitability goals for important accounts
