Account Manager

Assist with research and analysis and business cases for current and future opportunities

Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads, proactively prospect and establish contacts with potential customers

Actively identify new avenues of distribution and develop them into profitable sales channels

Manage partnerships with local schools, companies with CSR budgets and ministry of education departments

Develop and maintain relationships with government officers

Create effective promotions and programs to drive sales

Conduct analysis on sales data and effectively translate them into action points to increase conversion rates and grow sales

Execute digital campaigns on ground of solid conversion rates and ROI

Capture and entry of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

Plan business trips, coordinate meetings and execute sales presentations
Degree in Business Management/Marketing

2+ years of online industry, digital/mobile product/content experience and sales to government entities

Strong negotiation skills, building good relationships, resilience, multitasking ability, and willingness for continuous self-improvement.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (Oral and written)

Advance computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Interest in IT and games a plus
