**About the role**:
Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
In this dynamic role, we're seeking a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in the meat industry and a robust network, particularly within Indonesia's meat sector. You will collaborate closely with our R&D and Business Development teams, transforming customer concepts into reality, interpreting market trends, and designing cutting-edge products that drive category growth. Additionally, you will take on direct revenue responsibility, playing a pivotal role in our success.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Use insight selling approach that addresses customer/consumer needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop a commercial account plan.
- Manage project pipeline through to commercialization.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
- Managing the interaction of all customer stakeholders - R&D, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing (Procurement and Supply chain) Operations etc.
- Coordinate the cross functional collaboration of Kerry personnel, including supply chain, customer service, R&D, marketing, and management resources, to strengthen relationships and meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of ingredients for processed meats.
- Experience in selling value-added solutions such as seasonings, marinades, flavors, and preservatives is advantageous.
- Skilled in developing and delivering compelling presentations tailored to the meat industry.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to lead customer briefs and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience with products requiring taste capabilities is a plus.
