**Account Manager - Oil and Gas**:

As an Account Manager - Oil and Gas, you will be responsible for leading the country's sales for oil & gas, chemicals and refining segment in driving orders, margins, develop and implement effective capture plans, increasing market share, building & maintaining relationships with a focused drive towards business profitability. Reporting to the Segment Sales Manager, you will be co-developing with the sales support team to drive strategic account management and planning methodology, identifying opportunities for early engagement with customers, EPCs and drive & promote ABB's key value differentiators. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Owning the O&G, C&R solution sales budget for Indonesia together with pipeline generations & sales growth. Responsible for driving revenue, developing and implementing effective strategic plans, increasing market share, building & maintaining relationships with a focused drive towards business profitability
- Collaborating with the relevant solution support functions and marketing leadership to develop a branding & positioning strategy on ABB's capabilities as a preferred integrated solutions provider for Electrification, Controls/Automation, Telecommunications and Digitalization (ECTD)
- Establishing all key accounts within Indonesia with macro & micro-outlook, opportunities, IB, investment & business plans, stakeholder matrix, C-suite engagement, etc
- Monitoring competitors' activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Giving input on market price developments
- You will champion ABB's commitment to fostering a culture where Compliance & Integrity is woven into the fabric of everything we do
- Identifying and mapping out potential key technical paper speaking seminars, events, and plan to participate, working closely with the hub and global marketing leadership, product leadership and technical sales support team
- Understanding the key business drivers of the relevant customer's business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB. Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer's current business and long-term plans
**Your background**:
- Engineering degree and 10+ years of experience Oil & Gas and/or Chemicals & Refining customer base and working with EPCs in region
- 10+ years of experience as Account Manager and/or Sales Manager and/or Sales Leader
- International, cross-BU and cross-division experience
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
