**Job Role**:
Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is responsible for leading the end to end sales in defined business domains, including sales strategy development, customer engagement, commercial design and negotiation, to meet or exceed our sales target and growth plan in mid and long term. In the meantime, focus on supporting customer business success, and get customer trust, support and accomplish the customer relationship target.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for leading business quarterly and annually in revenue, marketing program, channel development, pricing strategy and competition
- Sales activities for sales call, training, pipeline review, weekly and monthly report, account engagement, farming and hunting new opportunities
- Understand customer business pain point, gain business insight and influence customer business plan based on customer understand and strategic objectives
- Manage the pipeline and competitive activity by analyze, monitoring and develop strategy to win and minimize the negative trends
- Responsible for achieving the sales, collection, revenue and market goals targets for the respective account
- Identify opportunities, coordinate internal and external resources, and win projects through effective project operation
- Responsible for the transactions management, effectively cope with risks, and achieve business goals
- Fluent in English
- Having professional knowledge for Enterprise's business process and ICT technology
- Having understanding the customer's business and decision-making mode, and have successful experience in ICT sales and projects
- Having understanding on the business rules of government customers, and willing to fight hard and challenge
- Having successful experience about end to end sales project operation
- Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations
- Extroverted, and able to be charismatic to customers, and to adapt to different areas
- Negotiation skill, presentation skill, writing report and business forecast
- A team player, target oriented, and open-minded
