Account Payable Lead

Summarize recurring cost of each shipment- Review, verify and reconcile payment- Liase with Transporters issue in timely manner- Lead AP team- Reporting Weekly and Monthly- Analysis and problem solve issue with internal and external- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment- Generate purchase orders as necessary- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting**Requirements**:- Min 3-4 years experience with work related- Have knowledge or experience in logistics- Strong analytics and strategic related payment- Can lead team and build SOP streamline with internal process- Can work using system like TMS or ERP etc- Can adapt with startup culture- Expert using ms office- Have a good communication skill with internal and external parties
