Accounts Assistant

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
- Salary and fixed asset payouts monthly.
- Maintaining petty expenses for day to day.
- Expenses ( maintaining timely submissions as well as validating against hard copies upon submission).
- Timely submission of Financials to the external consultant for further accounting as well as MIS to India.
All other operational activities related to branch financials.
- Liaising with Company Secretariat ( Audit /Legal)
- Monthly expenses consolidation & reporting
- Follow ups on all payments from customers upon submitting invoices by Admin.
Includes Pre shipment advances and post shipment collections as per payment terms.
- Outstanding's and collections.
**Skills and Key Requirements**
- 4years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors in Commerce / Master in Commerce
- Proficient with accounting tools & software's
- Clear understanding of accounting & commercial terms
- Good communication skills
- Ability to compile concise & detailed reports
- Strong analytical skills & an eye for detail

**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
