**Position**:
You will be managed by the Finance Manager, and you will work closely with the project associate and the finance team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Receive, record and process purchase suppliers.
- Record and manage supplier list.
- Assist with weekly payment runs.
- Ensure Purchase Orders are raised in accordance with procurement policy.
- Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with the internal authorization matrix.
- Dealing with internal & external queries regarding invoices and payments.
- Support on weekly reporting.
- Approve staff expenses for employees in Indonesia.
- Assist with Pety cash setlement.
- Assist with Cash Advance report setlement.
- Supporting with ad-hoc requests from the wider finance team.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- At 3 years+ experience within an operation and finance function.
- Good verbal and written English are essential.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle and understand lots of financial and accounting data.
- Interest in Accounting and tax knowledge.
