Admin Project (Project Management)

**Requirements**:

- S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and visually (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented (in both data and organizing / planning)
- Understand to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and fluent of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
- Prior working experience in project management is desired
- Will be working under the City Merchant Operations Team on managing project and activation
- Responsible for end-to-end project management from brainstorming, conceptualizing, liaising and project execution
- Project reporting and evaluation, drawing conclusions and action items from data and on-ground insights
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
