This includes the planning, travel, and other administrative tasks required to manage, monitor, and evaluate programs from INL's largest bilateral budget in Southeast and East Asia. The incumbent supports law enforcement partners who do not have attaches or representatives at post by providing necessary logístical and administrative support, to include organizing and booking travel itineraries, scheduling meetings, arranging for translators, and related tasks. Additionally, the incumbent coordinates logistics for periodic training funded through INL grants, to include arranging hotel and/or conference rooms and related tasks. Assists with procurement of items for U.S. and Indonesian law enforcement and criminal justice partners, as required. The incumbent is responsible to manage the day-to-day administration of human rights vetting based on the Leahy law for hundreds of Indonesian security forces annually who participate in INL-funded programs. This includes collecting and managing the review of biographical data for police, military, and other officials. Coordinates with post's Leahy unit to maintain section SOPs and manage engagement with individuals and/or units that are precluded from receiving U.S. government assistance based on derogatory information found during the Leahy vetting process.**Qualifications and Evaluations**:- Requirements:EXPERIENCE:A minimum of three years' experience in office management, records and inventory management, program management, or administration is required.(Please note that one credited year of working experience is equal to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours.)- Education Requirements:A minimum of two years of college or university studies is required.- Evaluations:LANGUAGE: Fluent speaking/reading/writing in English and Indonesia languages are required.
