We are seeking for an Administrative Managing Director (AMD) Indonesia. This position will be strategic partner to the senior management team in developing and implementing Finance and Accounting strategies that are aligned with the business objectives.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Ensure compliance with Indonesia laws and regulatory bodies including taxation rules and regulation.
Represent the Company when interacting with authorities and third parties particularly on tax, safety, legal, environmental, and labour matters in coordination with department heads and VP Service and Sales.
Ensure overall alignment with Metso strategic and financial interests.
Act as Finance Business Partner for local management team for overall country management responsibility.
On time, accurate and transparent reporting in accordance with IFRS
On time and accurate statutory accounting
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and KPI's.
Prepare and review budget and estimates with market area and business leaders.
Develop financial accounting and control procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Liaise with external auditors and oversee the timely implementation of audit plan locally in coordinate with Group Finance
Support local management team in understanding accounting and financial information.
Maintain records for control of assets.
Responsible for credit risk management, credit control and debt collection in the following areas
Support sales with analysis and monitoring of customer credit worthiness.
Sett customer credit limits
Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax requirements and identifying local tax planning opportunities with the Group Tax
Manage indirect and direct tax compliance, reporting, refunds, payments, archiving.
Monitor local legal entity tax position and tax environment.
Report substantial emerging issues to Group Finance
Identify local planning opportunities in relation to, among others, capital structure, tax incentives and tax related cash flow optimization.
Identify changes in local tax law and/or practice requiring action.
Identify other tax issues that involve possible risks or opportunities.
Responsible financial risk management, liquidity, and financing of the Company together with Group Treasury
Ensure sufficient liquidity of the Company by forecasting cash flows, requesting funding from Group Treasury, if needed, and investing the excess liquidity.
Manage foreign exchange risk by identifying and hedging currency exposures.
Proactively provide feedback to the Group Treasury on any changes in local regulation that could influence or impact Metso.
Responsible for effecting risk management together with Group Risk Management
Acts as key point of contact in crisis management cases.
Collect and report insured values and allocate insurance premiums.
Proactively provide feedback to the Group Risk Management on changes in risk environment
Responsible for conducting third party and "know your customer" due diligence when required.
Responsible for managing owned and leased premises in an efficient manner.
Ensure that expenses, investments and working capital decisions with Country head are properly assessed on their business merits prior to any commitments.
Responsible for oversight of functional activities within the Company
Lead a team and drives improvements to ensure efficiency and quality of services.
Provide support and coaching to team members.
Participate in other relevant projects on a case-by-case basis, depending on other Metso resources within the country to support achievement of overall Metso business objectives and targets.
Promote an environment conduce to team cooperation and lead, motivate, and encourage team members to achieve agreed strategic goals.
Provides financial guidance and advice to senior management and assist in the attainment of company objectives.
Maintain compliance systems and processes with ultimate goal of protecting shareholders' value.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
Tertiary degree with post graduate certification as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
At least 7 to 10 years experience at senior level working for a MNC, preferably in the OEM and Engineering Services industry.
