Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years)
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads etc.
- Have huge experiences in managing Ad Networks for acquisition/retargeting campaigns
- Good understanding on the concept of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and LifeTime Value (LTV)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Have a good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly motivated, open-minded and able to work on fast-paced environment
- Accountable and able to lead junior/entry level team members
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, etc
- Get used to working with huge amount of data and able to perform spreadsheets-based formula to translate campaign data to actionable insights
- Experiences in handling programmatic ad buying (e.g DV360, The Trade Desk), ad server, verification tools would be a plus
- Have a Google or Facebook certification is a plus
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and manage all digital performance marketing activities using ads platforms including SEM, social media ads, video, display advertising campaigns etc.
- Do monthly budget planning and propose the best initiatives to utilize the budget
- Collaborate, plan and do reviews with ad partners and vendors such as Facebook, Google, etc to gain insights and find better ways to do performance campaign on each platform
- Manage and monitor all performance marketing initiatives across platform
- Support the Campaign Marketing team in execute digital campaign activities and able to prove effectiveness in business level
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (qualitative and quantitative)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase MAU numbers in an efficient way
