- Utilize an extensive network of agency contacts and bring years of account servicing or sales experience within agency environments.
- Promote Supermom solutions to agencies and provide training to facilitate the adoption of company's solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with agencies, fostering open discussions about client issues, opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Head and Account Manager to review clients' advertising plans.
- Scrutinize fulfillments completed by the account servicing team, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives before client submission.
- Review annual projections for client gross income and personnel needs.
- Ensure high levels of agency performance on behalf of assigned clients.
- Periodically assess account profitability, ensuring reasonable profits are earned for each client.
- Proactively recommend strategies to company's top management to enhance engagement and increase revenue from media agencies.
- Develop and execute proactive strategies aimed at achieving a minimum of a 2x yearly revenue growth.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication skills, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Thorough understanding of how agencies measure performance using relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficient understanding of how agencies evaluate vendors and partners.
