Advertising & Marketing Specialist

What will you do,
- Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).
- Evaluate key metrics impacting marketplace traffic, conversion, and advertising ROAS.
- Implement rigorous A/B Testing to optimize GMV on online channels.
- Create reports on marketing and paid campaigns focusing on improving sales performance.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including social media, design, brand, and PR, to ensure alignment across all digital channels.
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our digital marketing efforts against industry leaders and identify opportunities for differentiation.

What we looking for,
- Proven min 2 years working experience in digital marketing
