As part of our client, Recruitindo is hiring for an After Sales Executive position.
An After Sales Executive, also known as a Customer Support Executive or Post-sales Support Executive, is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers after a product or service has been sold. Their primary focus is to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and provide ongoing support to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Report to direct manager, develop, grow, and maintain close professional relations with potential and existing customers to attain personal and team sales goals in the areas of spare parts and services, in line with company strategy and policy.
- Update and monitor the existing installed base to offer and renew existing spare parts and service contracts and follow up closely on post-warranty equipment to promote new service contracts.
- Work closely with service and unit sales team members to increase business revenues.
- Resolve complex service-sales-related problems to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and evaluate monthly spare parts and service sales strategies and reports with the direct manager.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Accept additional assignments from the company when needed
**Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of marine and industrial engine parts is required.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the related field is preferred.
- Able to communicate with the existing pool of customers is a must.
- A university degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
- Applicant should possess own transportation (preferred car)
Placement: Samarinda and Jakarta

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
