After Sales Service Mechanic

Job Description

Responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers after they have purchased our products

Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about our products

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with our products

Repair and replace defective parts

Perform preventive maintenance on our products

Provide technical training to our customers

Keep accurate records of all service work performed

Requirement

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an After-Sales Mechanic.

Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.

Experience with a variety of products in the industry.

Strong understanding of excavator spare parts

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
