**Job Title: Amazon Account and PPC Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
**Amazon Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor or Seller Support teams to enhance our overall account performance.
- Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer service and customer queries.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service and proactively address any issues that may arise.
**PPC Management**:
- Develop and execute effective PPC strategies on Amazon to drive targeted traffic, increase sales, and maximize return on investment.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for PPC campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with our brand messaging to drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and adjust bid amounts, targeting, and other campaign settings to optimize ad performance and achieve business goals.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to analyze and improve the effectiveness of ad creatives, targeting, and other campaign elements.
- Regularly analyze performance data using Amazon and third-party analytics tools to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights, adjusting targeting, keywords, and ad spend as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager with a strong knowledge on PPC management within the e-commerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and PPC best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
