**Role and Responsibility**
- Develop communication plan and strategy at the Branch level and ensure its implementation including but not limited to corporate branding, media relations, crisis communication, internal engagement, customer communication, corporate event and CSR.
- Formulate, drive and execute communications plans and activities to support strategic organizational objectives and initiatives.
- Developed and implement corporate initiatives for the Bank by seamless collaboration with external partners to support business as well as to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare media relations collaterals through inhouse development and production including but not limited to company profile, press release, factsheet, executive profile, poster and other internal communication collateral.
- Support business unit in special projects by providing strategic communication inputs.
- Take lead to the special project on a Branch scale with regards to corporate communication activities including but not limited to project from regulator on financial literacy and inclusion to the community.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work, especially in managing internal communications. Relevant experience from the banking industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Highly driven individual with strong critical thinking, project management and able to handle multiple projects and timelines under pressure.
- Familiarity with communications platforms will be an added advantage
