Purpose

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of ERP systems

Accountabilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of ERP systems
- Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications
- Perform regular health and performance check and provide enhancement plans.
- Plan, perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedure

Knowledge & Experience Required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 0-3 years of experience
