**Job Description**:

- Responsible for day-to-day Production Support to Bancassurance Sales team.
- Administrate reported cases data or service issues on Production and diagnose incident log.
- Responsible for tickets/documentations based on reported issued until completed.
- Conduct testing process in PRUFast related development and identifying issues based on test scenarios.
- Ensure testing documentation complies, readable with internal quality assurance control practice.

**Requirements**:

- Final year student or Fresh graduate, preferably majoring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- Has knowledge of SQL db query, Rest API such as Postman.
- Able to understand software flowchart / SDLC.
- Communicative, able to collaborate with the team as well as willing to work from office following Prudential regulations.
- Committed to do 6 months internship
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
