- Good understanding about micro service architecture and cloud technology
- Manage and assign developer under him/her to suitable project based on developer skill and experience
- Helps BA + Senior Architect in requirement gathering and design stage related to technical design, technical question and backend resource availability
- Helps PM + presales in estimating required duration/resource to do backend tasks
- Make sure backend & FE team perform the task on time and according to the expected quality
- Specify coding standard, standard library, and make sure team member follow the standard
- Helps team member in relation to other party such as HR, PM, QA
