Job Description Conduct on-site inspection of Finishing & Interior works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and standards Ensuring the contractors quality of works complies with the owner's standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and Shop Drawings Liaising with the contractor's supervisors Monitoring the contractor's schedule and sequence of work Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, documenting any deviations from plans or specifications and provide weekly reports The Successful Applicant Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Finishing / Interior Inspector or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Villa or Hotel Projects Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment Able to speak English Willing to be placed in Bali What's on Offer Great career prospects for a well-established company Competitive remuneration package #J-18808-Ljbffr
