Area Community Manager - Jabodetabek

What You'll be Doing:

- Present, promote, sell all Fazz Agen products and act as the representative of Fazz Agen in respective area
- Site visitation to establish, develop dan maintain commercial relationship, conduct sales transaction and manage engagement with new, potential, and existing agents
- Provide education to all agents, connect with KOLs, manage community groups, and build community engagements in the area
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes (KPI) within schedule
- Provide excellent after-sale-service, follow-up conversation to agent, handling complain etc to optimize every selling opportunity
- Communicate agent's experience and feedback to Product development team or related team

**Requirements**:

- Business Development, Community Manager or Sales Manager with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Banking, Fintech, or Consumer Goods background.
- Able to work as personal contributor as well as team leader
- Able to work and communicate with various background of people
- Good analytical thinking, problem solver, creative, full of ideas.
- Good presentation skills and can do attitude.
- Excel proficient.
