Summary of Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of Rock Bar Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels at all times Supervise and train staff to deliver service excellence and ensure staff adhere to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Efficiently handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction Ensure documentation is up-to-date and readily available for audits and reviews Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with the budget Oversee special events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of industry regulations, health, and safety standards Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality or other relevant fields, Bachelor's Degree is desirable
