**Job Title**:Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

The Assistant Manager Supply Chain performs sales forecast planning (PSI planning), revenue recognition process control, logistic cost control, import/export handling, logistic scheduling, inventory management for product parts and accessories in a warehouse in line with the organizational strategy and guidelines. He/she will ensure the execution of the registration/market access process (regulatory affairs) so that product launch schedules are met, customer satisfaction is achieved including compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Making reliable sales forecast and getting consensus with Sales and Marketing as a basis of necessary inventory replenishment.
- Keeping optimal inventory level in line with sales, marketing, service requirements on monthly basis.
- Coordinate with 3PL for vessels scheduling, ETD/ETA updates, Bill of lading, document check and custom clearance updates from 3PL.
- Input inventory purchases into Stock/inventory system. Report exceptions like shortages, damages etc.
- Report on back order, short stock, excess items, slow moving inventory of products and accessories and communicate to concerned stake holders. Work on inventory optimization.
- Time to time review of logistics and warehouse operational expenses in line with monthly budget. Work on logistics supply route optimization to fulfill the demand on time.
- Execute the process of product registration and market access approval in the designated countries including providing all required documents and certificates within the specified timeframe proactively to allow "as early as possible" product registration.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Min 5-10 years experience in supply chain
- Strong cross functional communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic INCO terms, shipping, custom requirements
- ERP Knowledge of SAP/JDE/Anaplan
- Good knowledge of import/export documentation and regulation.
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics planning/scheduling is preferred.
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
