**How You'll Shine**

Based out of our Wyndham Caasablanca Jakarta, in the heart of Jakarta, the Assistant Office Admin Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day operation of our onsite Sales office.

Duties include, **but are not limited to**:

- Assist Project Director in managing all operational matters relating to the Sales Office
- Manage all aspects of the administrative operation in such a manner that it ensures set targets are achieved.
- Manage and maintain business / partnership relationships including client and supplier relationships.
- Participate as active member of the senior management team of the Sales Sites.
- Understands all documentation requirements and efficiently and accurately submits to Club Wyndham Asia Sales on-boarding all contract activity.
- Review all documents for accuracy and ensure contract originals are dispatched to Corporate Office in a timely manner.
- Managing daily banking and petty cash

**What You'll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Timeshare experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to stay calm, resolute and in control at all times.
- Flexibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment, across weekends, public and school holidays.
- Exceptional time management skills and be able to efficiently multi-task and priorities duties.
- Ability to demonstrate tenacity, initiative and decision-making skills
- Absolute attention to detail
