- Bachelor or Master Degree from any discipline. A Master's degree holder would be highly valued.
- Relevant experience of min. 8 years, preferably with client servicing experience and in depth knowledge in one or more of HR related areas or industry, HR consulting experience would be highly valued.
- Sufficient project management skills with strong problem solving skills and attention to details
- Good organization & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
