What You Will Do The Associate Key Account Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with key customer(s), developing strategic account plans, and driving sales & category growth that we participate in the assigned accounts. You will play a crucial role in representing Kenvue and ensuring the satisfaction of our key customers. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable and profitable customer relationships with key accounts.
- Develop Long term and short term Business plan in collaboration with Customer and Channel team aligned with Company's strategy and priorities.
- Drive and execute account plan & strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow the categories that we participate in based on compelling data analytics and strong customer + consumer insight, including distribution expansions to ensure nationwide product availability.
- Drive In-Store Excellence & Perfect Store executions from right product assortment, effective promotion, pricing and planogram for prominent visibility and brand communications.
- Drive & lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service, especially in ensuring On time and in full delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize Trading terms, pricing & promotion agreements
- Periodical Account performance analysis & review for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Account Profitability, Investment Budget and Account Receivables (AR) settlement.
**Qualifications**:
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the FMCG industry in Key Account handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Fluent in MS Excel
- Solid Analytical Skill and experienced working with big data
- Results driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Desired Qualifications
- Preferably have been in the position of Key Account handling for at least 1 year for Health & Beauty Channel such as Guardian or Watson.
