We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Manager / Manager Retail Business Banking Product Development CLCM and Solution Center**.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement RBB product development strategy.
- Maintain RBB product to be competitive and provide solution to customer needs.
- Ensure RBB product align and comply with all regulations.
- Achieve business target thru RBB product such as revenue, acquisition, etc.
- Develop and maintain RBB customer life cycle management.
- Strengthen collaboration with other business unit, function, and department as part of RBB Solution Center Strategy
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Has 3 years of working experience in Banking of Financial Services Industry
- Strong in product management and development.
- Has experience in business investment & insurance will be an advantage.
- Proactive and fast learner to understand banking operational tools and process.
- Flexible time for work in office as well as work from home.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team.
- Have basic excel report skill.
