Yayasan Noora Health (YNH) was established in 2023 to implement the evidence based and globally recognized Care Companion Program (CCP).
YNH is affiliated to and works closely with Noora Health, a US based health systems strengthening organization, that designed, developed, and implements the Care Companion Program. The CCP focuses on training and empowering family members of patients across the health system, equipping them with high-impact health skills required to become impactful caregivers to their loved ones and enable their recovery at home. The CCP is currently implemented at >500 health facilities in India and Bangladesh.
YNH will support and assist the Indonesian public health system to implement CCP across city, district, provincial, and national levels, thereby enabling improvements in health outcomes for patients and improved quality of health services and care delivery.
According to Noora Health's discussions with East Java health provincial office and as per the MoU between Noora Health and District of Pamekasan on Care Companion Program Implementation, YNH will conduct a TOT (Training Of Trainers) for Health workers (Nurses/midwives/bidans) in order to train caregivers across East Java.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Noora Health is seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager who will lead the development, growth and use of our key digital healthcare products— Remote Engagement Service (RES), Health Education Platform (HEP) and Dashboards for Indonesia. This involves developing impactful learning journeys for healthcare workers, patients and caregivers across different condition areas as well as developing meaningful dashboards for government, partner and internal stakeholders. These products leverage various technologies such as smart phones, chat, voice and teletraining to provide quality healthcare education.
These products are a new focus area for us, and you will have a significant role to shape them. You will collaborate extensively with designers, engineers, medical professionals, implementation experts, and researchers to pilot and grow this product in Indonesia. Simultaneously, you will be an early part of a growing product team at Noora, helping set team processes and culture in Indonesia.
Devise the long-term product vision, strategy, and direction for these products.. Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and medical and delivery experts to build a digital healthcare product that our users want and love. Drive ideation, strategy, and product execution. Utilize design, technology, and business insights to develop roadmaps and prioritize feature development. Learn and adapt best practices to build digital solutions for public healthcare. Develop go-to-market and expansion strategies to expand our work to the last mile in Indonesia. Own target metrics and plan iteratively to deliver desired product outcomes. Define and inculcate product development, task management, and documentation processes and culture for the product team. Support the entire lifecycle of our products (concept, design, test, release and post-release support). Ability to work closely with software developers and or UX designers to deliver well-architected products. Liaise with the shared product teams to plan and develop new features for future products and releases. Use basic analytics tools and techniques to understand user behavior and suggest changes to existing products (or enable other team members to do so). Communicate actively with other team members on project details and other aspects. Deep passion and desire to build digital solutions for the public healthcare sector. 8+ years of overall experience, including 3-5 years dedicated to building digital products (mobile, web-based, and IVR) demonstrating a strong track record in managing product development processes and effective cross-functional collaboration. Experience in product management or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have a background in UI/UX design. Strong research and data analysis skills. Ability to think boldly and question fearlessly. Ability to work with uncertainty and rapidly adapting to changes. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills Entrepreneurial ability to inspire teams and drive product vision. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
