Associate Supply Chain Manager

Details of the offer

1. Coordinate the S&OP Meeting with commercial department (HD Sales, PD BU, FKC, Finance and Marketing) to review the sales trend and forecast.

2. To assure the inventory management in the right level as per target set, by performing below activities:

- Monitoring on stock expiry
- Rolling sales in projection
- Preparing and monitoring Inventory purchase projection
- Redressing activities planning
- Planning and supply allocation for all commercial department

3. Prepare and check the accuracy of monthly stock reconciliation between Third Party Warehouse vs SAP

4. Prepare Supply Chain report, below:

- Inventory report & DoI (Days of Inventory)
- GIT report
- Forecast accuracy report
- Monthly stock expiry
- Machine availability

5. Other projects those may assign by Direct Superior

6. Obey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization

7. Obey the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance and Company Regulation

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum experience 3 years in Supply Chain Operation background In multinational company. Preferably from Medical Devices company
- Expert in operating Microsoft Office & SAP system
