Job Description: AVP IT Application Delivery - Core Banking

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery timelines or quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Prior Core Banking experience is a MUST
- Strong technical background, with expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues and risks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
