**About the Company**:
A Supply Chain AVP opportunity is open at a leading retail industry to optimizing their operations and end to end supply chain process including to ensure the level of quality and compliance management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees end to end demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure resource requirements are satisfied
- Focus on Import and oversee all countries
- Strong in Supply Chain Management - Including demand planning, stocks, customers satisfaction, production schedule, factory capacity
- Lead proper execution of planning strategies in addition to overseeing activities of the Supply Chain Planning Team and directing the Planners to reach optimal operational efficiencies
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
- Coordinate the warehousing activities with the factory (Inbound/picking/storage/outbound )
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Handle end to end supply chain and supply planning process
- Quality Assurance Management and improve customers experience
- Operations Management
- Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Strategy Management
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 15 years of working experience in supply chain especially in retail industry, with working experience in supply chain or supply planning managerial level.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and quality control tools.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, APICS, or ASQ are desirable.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
