B2B Marketing Associate (Lead Generation)

**Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers both online and offline. Meet regularly with management and other stakeholders to develop marketing plan and strategy
- Generate and identify new leads, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the leads inline with strategies and leads.
- Execute Marketing plan daily activities using newest technology, including AI that can trigger both Inside and Outside Sales.
- Identify and explore new business ideas.
- Support other relevant business activities, such as but not limited to : research, analysis, and planning.
**General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design Communication or other related field.
- Have sense of design aesthetics and able to show portfolios.
- Preferred with minimum experience of 1 year in Digital Marketing & Business Development.
- Preferred experience using Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Generative AI Prompt Tools, and Canva.
- Successful track record in B2B lead generation and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Collaborator, persuasive communication skills and can conduct presentation well.
- High on curiosity, eager to learn and think critically.
- Focus with Goal, Self Discipline, Self Motivated and Hard Working
- Preferred with residency of Bandung city or surrounding area.
