Job Descriptions:- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet quality standards- Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods- Properly handle and maintain all equipment- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner- Receive and process customer payments- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment- Serve customers quickly and efficiently- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offeringsJob Requirements:- Female- Maximum age of 27 years old- Bachelor degree from any major (hospitality graduate is a plus point)- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista- Ability to read and speak English proficiently- Strong ability to multi-task- Ability to problem solve quickly- Strong customer service and communication skills- Flexible with work placement- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta/South Jakarta areaJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakGaji: Rp3.000.000 - Rp4.000.000 per bulanPengalaman:- Barista: 3 tahun (Diutamakan)
