Job Descriptions:- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet quality standards- Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods- Properly handle and maintain all equipment- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner- Receive and process customer payments- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment- Serve customers quickly and efficiently- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offeringsJob Requirements:- Maximum age of 27 years old- Hospitality graduate is a plus point- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (preferred)- Ability to read and speak English proficiently- Strong ability to multi-task- Ability to problem solve quickly- Strong customer service and communication skills- Flexible with work placement- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta/South Jakarta areaJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanUpah: Rp4.000.000 - Rp5.000.000 per bulan
