Summary of Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort Eloquent in English communication both written and spoken Diploma in F&B, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
