**JOB PURPOSE**
The Biding Manager will have responsibility to create detailed proposals, identify opportunities for bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, perform risk assessments, and answer clients' bid-related queries, and involve undertaking the entire bidding process on behalf of companies to gain a business contract.
The Biding Manager can deliver bids following the budget and time constraints.
And should demonstrate a good understanding of the industry and be able to communicate and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
This role requires strong in management, teamwork, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators) of the company and understanding the clients' specific requirements.
- Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients
- Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Responding to clients' and other stakeholders' queries before, during, and after the bid has been submitted
- Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.

- Must demonstrate strong communication skills including verbal and written communication in English.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Bid Manager/Specialist.
- Proven track record of successful bid.
- Strong understanding of Bid Management Process.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex bid requirements.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong facility management knowledge
- Good critical analysis, verbal reasoning, and negotiating skills.
- Strong analytics and numeracy skills.
- Strong content writing skills.
- Good presentation skills.
