**Description**

**Mission statement**:
Ensures innovative and cost-effective services proposal in alignment with Hitachi Energy standards and targets. Supports pre-sales technical and commercial activities for services activities in accordance with the APAC Automation & Communication (AC) Services business strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will develop and implement sales support and bidding strategy in close collaboration and alignment with sales plan (AC Services), oversee the preparation of techno-commercial proposals in APAC region and ensure all proposals adhere to relevant company's procedures and guidelines.
- You will manage and participate in the deal risk review and approval processes up till successful handing-over of project (Gate 5) to the execution team and ensure most competitive services orientated offers considering the market situation and customer's priorities and conditions.
- You will identify and propose optimum deal structure for each opportunity and plan, forecast, evaluate, and manage workload to ensure tendering resources are adequately deployed, developed, and equipped to meet business needs.
- You will plan and allocate internal and/or external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
- You will ensure support to the sales organization during the technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and provides technical support and clarification as needed.

**Your background**:

- Batchelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience of similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry.
- Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge on substation automation systems or protection systems.
- Experience in after-sales services activities is a strong advantage.
- Conversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions and countries in APAC region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
