We are looking for a Billing Specialist to support our clients in accounting documents and billing support. This person will work fully remote and report directly to Billing Team Lead.
**The job in a nut-shell**
- Work with foreign and local clients (mainly foreign ones), consulting on settlement issues;
- Formation of accounting documents for clients, billing support;
- Control of the timeliness and completeness of the formation of accounting documents, as well as their compliance with legislation;
- Reconciliation of settlement with clients.
**Requirements**:
- Based in Vietnam or Indonesia;
- Knowledge of English at the B2 level (you will need to communicate a lot with foreign clients);
- Accounting education and work experience in the accounting field, settlements with clients;
- Competent oral and written speech, knowledge of the ethics of business communication;
- Experience working with accounting systems. Knowledge of international accounting systems will be a great advantage;
- Multitasking;
- Attention to detail, analytical skills;
- The ability to make decisions and take responsibility for achieving results;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
