Strategy and Planning Develop sales strategy plan and target market for all branches to ensure target achievement in short and long term. Identify and plan the strategy to evaluate the sales achievement periodically to ensure the branches activities running according to plan and target. Identify, review, and plan the effective and efficient funding allocation and operational cost (CAPEX and OPEX) to ensure the improvement of operational productivity. Develop asset quality management plan (%NPL) in order to safe the decrease the asset quality. Monitor implementation of service standard to perform quality customer's satisfaction. Plan the service improvement strategy in order to customer align with the target service score. Business Performance and Management Drives business sales target growth, customer portfolio growth including driving cross selling (funding & lending) to support overall sales & distribution through robust customer portfolio. Review and analyze the customer portfolio growth through branches in order to minimize the NPL. Collaborate with Branch Manager in each branches' type in order to increase branch portfolio. Monitor, analyze and evaluate the achievement report of sales activity periodically to ensure the sales achievement increase. Ensure the services are provided to all customer align with compliance and company standard to improve the quality of customer satisfaction. People Management Perform coaching / mentoring to the subordinate to ensure that they are commit with their responsibility. Collaborate with Human Resources team to fulfill the employee's need in each branch. Monitor the employee's CIMB product knowledge in order to ensure that the branchess staff can increase their understanding of existing and new products. Plan the subordinate's development and career path planning align with their interest and strength. Regulatory Compliance Monitor the branch operational procedure include transaction process and sales activity in order to ensure the process are align with company standard and regulations. Monitor, identify, and prevent the operations loss, potential fraud at the branches to ensure the good quality of audit evaluation result.
